But I also built a career on the other side of the business: the conversation that happens before a project is ever sold.

For more than two decades, I've worked in high-performance sales, where success depends on asking the right questions, building trust quickly, handling objections, and helping people make confident buying decisions. Throughout my career, I've spent thousands of hours on the phone speaking with customers, qualifying opportunities, and learning what motivates people to take action.

That experience taught me something important: the best contractor in town doesn't always win. The contractor who answers the phone, follows up consistently, and creates a professional buying experience usually does.
